Castellanos Family Practice’s mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed and preventative basis at our family medicine health clinic in Covina. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members.
Each provider at our Covina health clinic is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and comes to our practice with years of experience in their area of specialty.

This is why, in addition to our exceptional clinical staff, we also have an all-star team of Care Members. Our Care Team will see to it that all patients are healthy and well. At our family practice, we also know that your health care needs do not stop once our office is closed. To try and accommodate the needs of all patients, we are working on reopening our Urgent Care Office next door to Family Practice later this year.
